The Role: Account Executive - Training Program

NO mortgage experience needed - WE WILL TRAIN YOU & PROVIDE LEADS)***

We’re looking for motivated individuals that are hungry to learn business to business sales from the best in the industry. Our AE Academy Account Executives have a real shot at a six-figure income within 6-12 months of employment! If you are hungry, motivated and want to get into a position where the income you make has no ceiling this is your calling!

This full-time position offers an ongoing draw against commission of $29,120 annually. Commission reach up to 50 BPS over $2mm in funded volume. Example: AE funds $5mm in a month will make $25k a month in commission! We employ Account Executives making over $50k a month, so it is very possible for hard working individuals. In addition, we offer a competitive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).

SUMMARY

The ideal candidate is highly organized with an upbeat, can-do attitude, impeccable attention to detail, and a collaborative style. The Product Marketing Manager will work closely with the division Vice President, on planning and executing marketing activities that generate and accelerate pipeline aligned to top 1:1 and 1: few industry and regional priorities. The Product Marketing Manager will also work closely with sales, global marketing, and cross-functional teams. The candidate will have a natural inclination to measure the effectiveness of marketing activities, have a strong project management skill set, and be comfortable with orchestrating many moving parts in an ever-changing environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Provide virtual, hybrid, and in-person online and offline program tactical support for webinars, workshops, user groups, executive events, hands-on workshops, and tradeshows
  • Execute Field Marketing Newsletter including gathering stories, editing, uploading content, managing editorial calendar and work with ecosystem to share updates with field sales
  • Research and identify activities to connect with personas including users, manager, and executives (relevant associations, events, social outreach)
  • Assist with the creation of metric dashboards to measure effectiveness of all campaigns, monitor and adjust on regular basis, set, and track relevant KPI’s, budget, and ROI
  • Drive engagement with key accounts through events, LinkedIn, and social outreach

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS 

  • Bachelors degree 
  • A minimum of 2+ years’ marketing-related experience in B2B
  • Experience with online/offline events/program management specifically around webinar management on WebEx platforms including WebEx Training
  • Experience with marketing tactics including ABM, event management – both physical and virtual, campaign execution, etc., and experience with marketing technology stack (Pardot, Salesforce, Monday, Seismic)
  • Organized, detail-oriented and highly motivated, with project management experience in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Exceptional skills in managing multiple projects simultaneously, holding teams accountable to deadlines.
  • Must be a self-starter, not afraid to ask questions

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years’ marketing-related experience in B2B, Engineering Simulation Preferred

Required experience: Experience auditing or advising clients on revenue recognition (ASC606) or the new leasing standard (ASC842)

The ideal candidate has audit experience at a Top CPA firm and has significant experience assessing transactions, establishing standard accounting policies, and drafting and/or reviewing technical memos.

Experience with ASC606 and ASC842 is strongly preferred.

Qualifications:

A large global client is seeking someone who can stay up to the market pace and provide the right business support using SAP Hybris FICA. The candidate should have deep knowledge in CI and FICA of Hybris Billing.

Your role:

  • Serve as the highest-level subject matter expert for CI/FICA and solutions within BRIM
  • Organize and lead design sessions with project stakeholders
  • Through expert understanding of overall SAP BRIM, CI/FICA and integration with other SAP models and third-party tools, design, develop and maintain a highly scalable and resilient system in a complex technical environment
  • Utilizing deep understanding of SAP BRIM, author and guide the development of the end to end technical solution which will meet business goals and objectives.
  • Prepare Business requirements documents, author system design documents and translate / articulate functional requirements clearly via system design documents and functional specification documents
  • Through deep, hands-on experience with SAP BRIM and CI/FICA, complete system configuration
  • Partner with business leaders to provide leadership in the ongoing development and design of SAP BRIM solutions
  • Understand the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to the project and program goals
  • Use own judgement to determine optimal solution recommendation
  • Provide direction and thought leadership to the development of a three-year roadmap/strategic plan
  • Review and understand all existing processes as configured in the SAP CI, FICA, including client specific enhancements and customizations.

What you bring to the role:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, Mathematics, or related technical discipline.
  • 10+ years of SAP experience and 4+ years of SAP FICA experience with at least 2 E2E (End-to-End) global deployment in FICA. CMA, CPA or MBA is a plus.
  • Full lifecycle implementation of BRIM Billing Solution; industry experience in subscription-based services is preferred
  • Hands-on experience in configuration is a must in CI and FICA.
  • Experience with configuration activities included all FICA billing and invoicing configuration, collection management, credit management, account determination configuration and correspondence design and implementation, payment card integration, prepaid/postpaid scenarios, refunds, BIT and CIT, and billing integration.
  • Extensive Configuration and testing experience in BRIM Billing in the areas of Convergent Invoicing and FICA.
  • Integration experience with SAP FICO (SD), experience in RAR, FSCM, Vertex Integration and Offer to Cash processes, and BRF+ experience is preferred
  • Knowledge in SAP Convergent Charging and Revenue Accounting Reporting desired.
  • Integration experience with SOM and CC with good knowledge of Interfaces, IDOCS/ EDI desired.
